There is a time before the big bang, there is the history of the universe, there is the present and there is the future.
Entropy or the arrow of time are meaningless without stuff. Time and the present do not need stuff to exist.

The cirrent standard for time is measured by the vibration of cesium-133 at near absolute-zero.
However, even in this state, magnetic and microwave fields may speed up or slow down its vibration.
Perhaps UAP powerplants use of microwaves and, or magnetic fields may account for localized variations in time when UAP are present. This effect seems to scale with the size and output of various craft.
So, craft large enough to house people (pilots, crew, abductees) would reasonably have a greater effect on the local time reference (lost time, etc).
