Great to hear you are getting 32 mpg still with 2.5. I just started my swap and was a little worried about that. Do you have your tune for 93? or do you always use high octane or do you sometime put 87 in it?

Hello,
I am looking at adding a diverter valve spacer so I can have the woosh without spending bunch of money . Do you have any issues when javing this on your gti? Also is there any tuning needed to be done for this ?

So, I’m interested in why you pulled your Gracing shifter, you gave no real specifics. I installed one a few months ago and I like it a lot. Tight short throws, but I have some issues. does not fall easily into neutral, I am always double checking to make sure which gear I’m in. Also it takes a lot of physical strength to get my shifter into 5th and 6th gear. (I understand in racing, you don’t want to accidentally go into 5th and 6th gear) but this one issue takes a lot of the joy out of this otherwise excellent shifter. And lastly I do not drive my car hard, however once in a while I grind going into second and fourth)
So if it sounds like I hate this shifter I don’t but it does have dome daily drive quirks. I will write a note to Mr. Golden about these issues, he is s terrific person to deal with.

Before I even watch the video I'll share my mod I most regret... Dogbone/trans mount in my Mk6 GTI. One of the only mods I regret, so much vibration added at lower rpm driving and idle.
