I refuse to join these national faction camps and labels. Why oh why are Americans so BLACK AND WHITE MINDED???? I like many stances Trump takes against the deep-state media, but I also respect Jeffrey Tucker and his views very much. It's called thinking critically. Why doesn't anyone do this anymore? Things are either 100% good or 100% evil. I'm sorry but life isn't that simple and straightforward. People all have something more complex going on in their hearts that we can't see, judge, or understand. I see a lot of people judging hearts based on others' external views. I don't think it's possible to be virtuous when you've fully committed yourself to a political faction. Everything is on a case-by-case basis in which you must use good discernment and always be ready to sharpen your understanding.

This is essentially the issue with Tucker. I don't actually disagree with much he's said, yes, the alt-right is not libertarian, yes, Trump is cancer, yes, fascism is as evil as it gets. However, the problem with Tucker is that he doesn't understand nuance. Yes, Hoppe wrote against fascism, and he also supports Trump. Those positions are not incompatible. Yes, Rothbard was right, we cannot work with these people, and yes, he did support them rather than the leftists. Why? Because Trump does not exist in a vacuum. Because the alt-right does not exist in a vacuum. Also, come on, seriously? What does Western civilization mean? This is what pisses me off about people like this. They're incapable of thinking beyond binary principles. I've said this before, and I'll say it again, morality and is not physics. Moral principles are not like the laws of physics. They do not apply in the same way under all circumstances all the time.
