For the record - mine locked up during a recharge from about 10% and after I finally reset, it was at 78% - so it was recharging while frozen. It would be useful for Garmin to gather data on freezes like this, to identify causes.

My Fenix 7X Pro frozen during charging. I was looking at widgets menu while charging and left the watch for some time. When I unplugged watch it was frozen on the same point in widgets menu with backlight on. After resetting it works fine
