How to Easily Cut and Shred a Costco Rotisserie Chicken 🍗

I love Costco rotisserie chickens! You can make so many meals with them, and it’s so nice to have shredded, cooked chicken ready to go.

After your chicken is shredded you can make:
⭐️Chicken Broth (from the bones) and make Chicken Noodle Soup
⭐️Chicken Salad
⭐️BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
⭐️Chicken Nachos or Tacos
⭐️Toss it in a Pasta or Salad
⭐️You can also put it in freezer baggies to freeze and use at a later time!

I buy a chicken every week and do this. Save some bigger chunks to add to salads. Enchiladas, quesadillas, etc. Meal prep some with rice and broccoli. Close to 2.5 lbs meat per chicken. Use bones to make homemade broth.

This is a $5 deal that can save the American poor. Don't forget that on top of the meat you can make at least 10 servings of stock which can be put into nearly any other dish. I do this every week.
