How fix phpmyadmin in ubuntu - Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable.

I get error like this when open 'browse' tab in phpmyadmin :

Count() : Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable.

Now an easy solution is just to update phpMyAdmin, 4.9.0.1 as of writing. The previous version had an issue with php 7.2.
