France and Muslims: What will Macron's declaration change?

France is digesting the controversial recommendations made by President Emmanuel Macron. Essentially the president is calling to combat Islamist separation in France. The sense that a religion can separate a person from the lifestyle and values of France, where church and state are separated by law. But will Macron's words in Mulhouse, in eastern France, get to the heart of the matter?

Conclusion of this debate: French state should pay muslims "jizya" (they call it other names) so rest of france can (temporary) live in peace.

In countless opinion poll studies it turns out to be about the same and that is that 44% of French Muslims want sharia law to be above French state law. So much for the “small minority”

In islam there is concept of UMMA means no boundaries for muslims.

This is the reason they need Shariya above Constitution.

The problem isn't islam, but France wants to make new policies to anticipate the spread of radical Islam. Macron tries to stop import the imam from outside country (Turkey). Radical islam are very dangerous and very close to terrorism activities. In my country, Indonesia, we are also trying to eradicate radical Islam.

Problem Statement - When any NON Muslim migrants move to any new country he shows loyalty to that country and only keeps faith of his religion and respect others . BUT when a MUSLIM migrant moves he carries Religion and LAW ( Shariah) AS WELL and respect non other and he expects total respect and community benefits from that country .

Protestant and muslims are worlds apart and should not be used as an example, btw Ahmdaih is a tiny hated minority in islam, it's funny he is the one speaking for Islam.

Not much of a debate, more like trash talking session. On one "side" a Marksist academic and on the other "side" a imam. Of course since both are identity(politics) driven they are AGAINST the same side.
The real irony though for me was when the imam confirmed there is a case in Macron's words that there are in fact such movements in Islam. i.e. politicized interpretations of Islam. So good job on that front the representative of a identity group to affirm loyalty to the state and a "civil" academic supposed to defend the principles of the republic to oppose it...

I am Muslim and I agree with limiting the influx of imams. This wahhabi imams make very nervous.
To all of you young westerner, please, keep using your freedom of speech as you wish.
I will defend your freedom to criticize any religion, ideology and Dogma.

Personally i find that my tax payers money doesn't have to go to the belief of someone. If you want to believe fine but I don't have to pay for it.
