Simple interest=P×R×T/100
So first we need principal, interest and rate:---
Principal = ₹7, 500
Rate = Rate/4[quarterly interest, quarter = 4]
=8/4 = 2%
Time = 2.5 years(two and half years)2.5 of 4[quarters] = 10 years
In order, Amount = principal + simple interest
= 7500 + 7500 × 2 × 10/100
= 7500 + 1500
= ₹9, 000
Answer of the challenge:---
Time = 30 years
Amount 5n - n [because amount =principal + simple interest]
= 4n
Simple interest = P × R × T/100
Answer = 13.33%
