Συγχαρητήρια Congrats from Greece. I have been using it in office and home use from the beginning 2011 and great evolution has come. For me, now it's a robust, complete application in Writer and Calc. New improvements make me confident for recommending it to others.

Great work underneath and thanks everybody who worked on it! LO is so good and getting better. Still it's sad that Writer can't even show the full name of the default font because the text field is too short (at least on GNU/Linux/GNOME)... Same about some other fields, for example, I can't see what units I'm using for indentation in the sidebar because of this problem. I was hoping it would finally get resolved. I'm looking forward to it so that the program can be a bit more professional looking.

I absolutely love Libreoffice and donate to it regularly. But imo it needs a visual aesthetic overhaul. I also wish there’s smooth typing animation like Microsoft Word.

I love LibreOffice, but this update 6.4 in my ElementaryOS (Ubuntu 18.04.3) Calc becomes too slow when clicking and editing cells, also when saving changes, and even slower when working on a xslx file 🥺

And what about the width of the columns in the Calc in pixels as in the MS? For the time being, I see another one OpenOffice by the principle, not like in MS.

I'm not a developer, not even a person with money to support and donate for development, just a common user, but I want to suggest some functions and features MS Office has:

First, it needs "last saving". MS Word has that function where you can stop editing a *.docx, click "Save" and close the document, and if you open the same document again that day, or even days later, it takes you to the point where you saved last. Instead, Writer makes you scroll ALL the document until you find the part where you stopped working.

Second, it needs "Touch Screen" capabilities. I often use Writer on a Windows tablet, and if I try to scroll on my document, I have to use the navigation bar, because if I try to scroll using the screen I will only select text.

Please, work on those features, LibreOffice needs it!

Unfortunately, this was not compatible in Mail Windows and OWa.

I tried copying table and pasted it on OWA, and the output is worst.

Hey everone. Is there a possibilty to enable "smooth scrolling" like in office?. The scrolling in calc documents is extremely jumpy and makes it nearly impossible to navigate correctly. I mostly use my touchpad.
