I have suffered with mental health issues in the past, so i know exactly what hes talking about! People should not feel ashamed of having mental health issues! Its not something that i think is taking seriously enough in ireland! Fair play to him talking about this issue which affects a lot of people in this country! Awareness is the key to getting the proper help that people need who suffer from the condition!

I suffer with exactly the same issues as Bressie - it is truely terrifying.
