Do not choose UEFI. It will crash with an error related to the EFI network. Choose BIOS. Also, for better performance allocate the memory for the system right away. 128 GB took less than 1 minute and makes the install faster, especially useful if you are installing from a physical DVD as opposed to an ISO file.

Q2 Why you consider NAT to be the best network connection, I have always used bridged networking.

Guys, if for some reason Press any key to boot CD/DVD is not working (happened with me), follow these steps:
Wait for some time
You will enter boot manager
select normal boot
and then it will say some lines (like pxe over ipv4 or something like that)
then shortly after, you'll enter your setup
Note: This will not happen immediately, it will happen slowly. So you will have to wait
