The moldy corn is called HUITLACOCHE and it's a delicacy. It tastes better with Oaxaca cheese (Quesillo pa' los oaxaqueños) and the last thing shown is a GORDITA and from what I see it was a Chicharrón prensado (pressed and prepared pork rinds)

I grew up with mexican family and honestly nothing beats traditional authentic Mexican food. It's so good. I could eat Mexican food for the rest of my life and be happy

Omg!!! Hi I’m from Mexico and that “farm experience” is called “Arca Tierra” and it is really exclusive I love it, it is in Xochimilco. You get into a “trajinera” which is that boat and you go to the few “farms” left that are protected by the government and all the plants, fruits and veggies that are planted are suuuuper organic and natural. They cook with everything they “farm” and it is delicious!! The experience is “simple” (because you eat simple stuff like quesadillas, tortillas with veggies, etc) yet so “exclusive” because of the type of quality of food you eat. If you go to Mexico definitely consider trying this “Arca Tierra” experience

The "Moldy Corn Fungi" is actually called Cuitlacoche and you are correct it is a delicately it's also called Mexican Truffle❤️

Mexico has some of the best cuisine, its almost entirely rustic style which makes it 10× better

Fun fact: all chili peppers come from Mexico
Meaning every cuisine that incorporates them (Thai, Szechuan, etc) did so after Spanish and Portuguese traders brought them there!

The last one is called "gordita" (fatty) because it's filled with different things usually chicharrón prensado (pressed pork craklings), not flat like a tortilla.
