I Found a CHEAP Motorized Camera Mount with AMAZING Features- But Does it WORK?

I've always wanted a motorized camera mount that works with a remote and has a tracking feature, but the only ones known to work are pretty expensive. I ran across the Zifon Motorized Pan & Tilt Camera Mount with automatic tracking on Amazon for an incredibly low price, but does it actually work?

Boy did I need to look hard for someone finally doing a great job at testing this thing. Thanks!

The tilt needs resistance. An extended weight behind the camera will keep pressure on the geags keeping out slop and chatter.

Hey, it's not too bad, especially after you worked on it in Premiere Pro. I like the fact that it does a good follow-me thing and can go pretty slow, which I like for a lot of shots. Thanks for putting this video together. You can't beat the price either. Marc T.

Hi, great video. I was wondering what is the slowest one full rotation time. For panoramic shots

Great vidoe, thanks for taking the time to test it out. Can it be programmed to pan without the remote or tracking for a panning timelapse ?

If you get this, a slider (both on tripods) and you work a gimbal (three cameras total) you’ve got a crew that can work events, video shoots and weddings! lol, being a one man crew myself, this would work perfectly! 😂

I guess for the price, this motorized mount does a decent job. I might hold onto it for a while.

For that price tag this is pretty good. Thank you

Hi ! Thank you for this helpful review . I was wondering if it's possible to program a repetitive movement from right to left some degrees. I want to bring some livley movements while stream, but without begin touching every time the control. And if it is possible, can l set it smooth and low speed? A continue movement that lasts as long as l want until battery dies.

Some of those clips weren't bad. I like that shirt on you.

Thank you so much for the demo! It's exactly what I was looking for!
It makes me wonder, could I fix the jittery motion by picking it apart safely to put some grease on the gears? Or is it the motor itself that can't move smoothly...

Is there a way to make it keep rotating on its own without having to hold one of the arrow buttons down on the remote?

Dont forget to take off the green sticky's off the battery ends or its not going to work. I didn't know it had them on the battery. LOL

What are you using for the moving trolly clip at the start of the video?

Try this in the next video:>

Try it mounted to the roof of your car safely and securely and test it and see if any of it works pan and tilt features, use small camera like a gopro or whatever you got and post a video of what you came up with and when mine comes in I'll do the same. THANKS

Good review - but I suggest you put the model number in your title - it makes finding your review waaay easier.

Hey! Have you tested the range on the remote? Also, have you tried any heavier telephoto lenses? Thanks!

I am running the Nikon P1000, its a beast to move on a tripod when your up around the 2000 to 3000mm range, moon, and star tracking, As we know its no $1000+ pro auto head but it does seem to do the job. and for the money its not bad. As always, looking on Aamazon, its a little mixed on the reviews, its a bit hit or miss, some are bad, and parts just don't work at all. others find them basically a good machine for the money. Got to give it a shot..
