02:23 - Step #1 : Measure 1 end to 45 cm (17") and fold the cord over with the short-end on the right-side. Attach the cord onto the dowel with a Lark's Head knot.
03:19 - Step #2 : With the long cord as the working cord, make several consecutive loose Half Hitch knots all the way to the bottom.
04:45 - Step #3 : Push the knots upwards and pull on the anchor cord underneath to form the spiral. Repeat the pattern downwards.
