I think a sure method of determining if you are a true "Sigma male" is the position you adapted in '20-'21.
If you "ran with the herd" then in my opinion you're not, because a true sigma should step back and evaluate the situation independent of what others think, say, or do.

Thanks for the video. I often have wound up grinning as I hear a person talking about a Sigma 'making effort to solve or understand' something. No effort involved. It is natural. It is easy. It takes real effort to not simply allow awareness to flow and provide understandings from many points of view. When I Learned to meditate it was a real challenge. Eventually I noticed meditation for me was simply letting the mind quiet so the perceptions 'beyond the mind' came forward creating richer 'understandings' and an awareness of the 'inner me'.

I'd never heard of "sigma male" before, but after watching this video I would have to say that I would fall into that category. It also seems to align well with INTP/INTJ. Introverted, creative problem solver/seeker, not beholden to "authority" figures...

I would be interested to see the statistics of how many Sigmas have been in trouble with the law.
I would also like to see the stats on what happens to a disabled Sigma.
I am a Sigma, didn't know there was a category of the type of person I am till recently, but watching these videos it almost fits me to a T.
I am also a Libra.
I paid a high cost for trying to right a wrong done to someone many decades ago and lost my human rights as a result.
I had to figure out almost everything on my own since I was raised in a family of women.
I am a pro singer songwriter musician, wood worker, leather crafter that loves building things with my hand, also a motorcycle and car enthusiast that used to free hand rock climbing.
Its a shame that the world has devalued us and amplified the baseless worth of the Beta.
Surely the world is coming to a close as we know it.
