Down’s Syndrome Twins Are One In A Million

IN MATCHING blue jeans, white smocks and suede boots, five year-old identical twins Abigail and Isobel are not only impossible to tell apart - they’re also one in a million twins. Because while the chances of giving birth in the UK to a baby with Down’s syndrome is approximately one in 1,000, the odds of giving birth to identical twins with the condition is one in a million. Mum and dad Jodi and Matt Parry couldn’t be prouder of their daughters and say even if their adorable girls could be born again without Down’s syndrome, they wouldn’t wish for Abigail and Isobel to be any different.

The big bro is too mature for his age. He is such a big boy with his sister, it's beautiful to watch.

Thank God these girls are being treated as regular children. I love how the Dad has expectations for them. Great parents make great kids. This family is blessed.

The doctor said sorry because deep down no parent wishes for their child to have this. They are still their daughters, and the connections they have will always be there. However, it will be harder on the parents. I 100% support children with downs, but it is the truth that no parent would ever wish to have a child with this.

My little brother has down syndrome and he is the highlight of my life...he gives me a reason to thank the Lord for giving me life so that I would be fortunate enough to have such a special, unique brother such as him...there is certainly no one that makes me smile as much as him.♡♡♡

The brother ♡♡♡ He won my heart when he said "then if my sister's didn't have down syndrome" instead of 'normal sisters'. goodness what a great young man. those girls are seriously lucky just as those parents cause people with DS have the purest of hearts ♡

Thank you for bringing awareness to how valuable the lives of these children are. I don’t have children with downs but I have 4 autistic children so I have been blessed with meeting many children like your beautiful girls in speech therapy for my kids. I grew up playing with an older man who had downs and he was one of the greatest people I have ever met. I feel the same way about my children why doctors apologize to us for are genetically original children. Thank you thank you thank you for this video!

What a good big brother. Whoever he ends up with some day is going to be a really lucky person, because he is and will be so caring. These two girls are SO sweet & it's so nice they'll always have a friend who's got the exact same level of intellect as them.

People (aw well as animals) with down syndrome are better than usual people. They are sweet, kind, and fun. My cousin has Down syndrome and he's the family's favorite person. He's 30 now and he works, gives us phone calls and texts us, is a great photographer as well and never a mean person, but speaks the truth, no matter how brutal. We're thankful for having him.
