loved it, i did a 45 minuet chest as shown above, i started off with 40lb and a 35lb dumbbells for maximum burn, i add 10lb on after 2 sets, for each added weights while keeping the 35lb to go extra pump, got up to 60lb. did 4 sets 30 reps of diamond push ups, 4 sets, 20 reps of dips and 3 sets 180lb, 10 reps on the incline press and burn out with 3 sets 90lb, to end it off, ,,alll pumped
