one would think, each jar could be scanned (Xray etc which is used in other manufacturing ) check for any metal content and the contaminated jars removed....quickly at a far less of loss in inventory than a discard...

What a huge waste, I feel bad for Skippy and it's workers, as if they needed another health tragedy when there barely able to recover from the covid deal still. Now this what a shame and I did not enjoy dumping my Skippy creamy reduced fat peanut butter after just one sandwich too
