harry bhai I have recently upgraded to windows 11. but when I open windows terminal by right clicking and write python it said "the term python is not recognized ..." but, when I open powershell manually in the same folder, It works. So, is this a error of windows 11?

Hey if u try this now in VS code it's showing u that "The file is not displayed in the editor because it is either binary or uses an unsupported text encoding. Do you want to open it any way?" so wt to do now
