Actually, after seeing this poor water valve failures, I'm just buying a cheeper hot water solution, "stainless steel pot" set on top. Other than that I see it won't work for long! Suppose I'd plug it with hot water tank outlet and use a dipper to get hot water out. I was thinking of buying one, thanks for the review!!

Remember that customer service staff have little to no control over whatever you are annoyed about regarding the product. They aren’t the CEO or on the board of directors, and likely have no say in quality assurance, design decisions, parts, etc.

So unless you have the CEO on the line, no need to “give anyone a piece of your mind.” That’s just being a Karen.

And a leaky part is a minor hassle…not a “disaster.” A disaster is a forest fire heading your way, or a volcanic eruption, a flash flood, a stroke, etc.
