The fact that you never intend to cash in and are going to pass your stack on to your kids tells me you are truly a wise stacker. Stacking has got to be one of the best ways to teach and encourage kids to save, they start out not caring about wealth or money, they just love the pretty shiny coins, the financial wisdom comes to them during the journey.

Like I always say, silver and gold are for after the crap has settled. Tools, food&water, skills and other resources will be much more valuable while the crap is still being spun around off of the fan

I agree with you, sir. Spending all of your life running in fear is no good, but pretending that we won't face hardship in the future is foolish. I think the prepping mindset goes hand in hand with the stacking mindset so it feels natural to talk some about that and I appreciate that you have. Thank you!

Greetings. Prepper Nation sent me. Thank you for helping others understand how to and why we should be buying silver.

Gold is being used in the black market in Venezuela right now.

Great advice, that's why I live in rural area, on a well, solar, back up propane generator, raise our own livestock, garden etc. Plenty of protection for those items and precious metals for when the dust settles.

Prepper Stacker!! During our grandparents era, it was just called homesteading or not being dumb. Anything could happen. Setting aside extra food and money and fuel was just common sense, it wasn't viewed as paranoid or fringe or whatever. I enjoy learning how to be self sufficient. What you don't hear so much is that it is actually fun! I love when my standby generator comes on during a storm or my garden is overflowing or pulling some venison out of the freezer. This is fun today and potentially valuable tomorrow! keep on stacking!

Very well done, SJ! I just have a difficult time comprehending how so many are completely oblivious to the current possibilities.

I read both "One Second After" and "One Year Later" by William R Forstchen. These were works of fiction, however - they were completely believable. In the scenario where the survivors started up a society again, bullets and silver coins were the currency. I did start prepping with 90% silver, and for sheer weight I started amassing 10-ozt bars, fractional gold and some platinum as well. I also keep an abundance of 9mm and .22 LR, as well as a good stash of treated water, canned and dehydrated food, as well as basic camping and survival supplies. I don't expect to use these, but I'd rather not become a victim. My daughter used to think I was a bit odd for having a large stock of toilet paper - until COVID hit. I'm not a prepper, per se - I am simply prepared. I also doubt I'll need to sell or trade my bullion, but my daughter's family will have a nice little nest egg. When we had a bad earthquake years ago - my friends and neighbors had nothing and were panicking - they were grateful that I invited them to come by and grab some food and water. Hopefully they learned and are now storing some basic supplies. One only has to look at Venezuela to see how SHTF happens.

I have been pretty much prepared all my life. BUT, now I'm an old fart. Unable to do the things that will be needed. I have been gathering souls that are not prepared, but are able bodied. Trusted people that will help get thru this. It may take all the resources I have, but we will all come out of this together. Good people need to start coming together, not face this alone.

Thanks for your video drop! I always enjoy your posts - but was kind of surprised to hear you offering some 'survivalist' advice. I live in earthquake country in a very rural area - so we always keep gasoline, propane, firewood and water on hand. We also try to maintain a reasonable store of canned and dried foods, water, meds, alcohol, paper products, ammunition, etc. Our 'vacation house' is 100% off-grid - and I have some communications equipment available that doesn't involve cell towers. I'm not a survivalist - just an old-school engineer raised in the 'cold war' era. Naturally, I am inclined to keep a few 'hard assets' available for 'hard times' as well...

I'm not a prepper, per se, but I'm doing my best to be prepared.
I maintain a full pantry of at least 3 or 4 months worth of food.
I have bottled water and 5 gallon jugs of water.
Candles, lanterns, matches.
I have a camp stove and propane, and a generator.
It's something, at least.
My stack is one third Canadian 80% and one third Maples. I have more silver dollars coming to increase my fractional.
The remaining is Brits and international.
Great video, as usual.

Silver Joker, I believe you could in affect save thousands of peoples lives. You have VERY relevant videos. Even if it isn’t a huge desister. Something in our own lives could disrupt our lives, like sickness, loss of a job. It’s never a bad thing to have some extra food, cash and other items…. Just in case. I for one don’t feel like I am where I should be with preparedness. Thank you for being an amazing content provider, neighbor, friend, American. Keep it up.
