Wow! I have purchased the exact same thermpro a week ago from Amazon as well and my poultry temp is printed as 165F 😮. That is a huge difference. Thank you for your video! I am going to check online what the recommended internal temp is for all poultry.

Ooops, you misread that. Poultry 165, not 185 fahrenheit. :o)
