I can attest to what she's saying. A month ago, I started riding a bicycle 10 miles a day, which takes about half an hour. It's done a world of good. And I'm 55.

This video is extremely motivating from Barbara and can’t help but love this woman. However, if only she’d do a video on how to overcome chronic fatigue from autoimmune disease. I fight to exercise because I’m getting numbness in the side of my thigh and tingling in my hands and feet (not always). I’ve overcome so much from not being able to walk up the stairs without being winded to now exercising and walking. However, with cfs it’s so hard. I’m experiencing a bad bout of cfs at the moment and do 90 squats before bed with calf raises in different positions, tummy exercises and arm exercises. This helps with the numbness but the tingling comes on now and again. I will also start exercising, doing this in the morning. But it would be great if only someone would address chronic fatigue syndrome because I’ve noticed no one on YouTube has addressed this as the main subject. Please give some thought to this for a future video Barbara as I know it would help millions with this conundrum that prevents people from exercising and getting worse in their condition. Yet catch 22 one must still find a way to exercise!!😊

For people out there who can fit exercise in the morning, do it when you can, don’t think you won’t get benefits.
Also I think people should exercise according to their individual circadian rhythms

Barbara, I listen almost daily to your videos but I’m curious about the before & after pictures of women. The after pic looks very very young. I do kinda find it insulting that those comparisons are so dramatic. I’ve commented on this before but my comment is never posted. Could you respectfully address this, please. Maybe I’m missing something? I exercise daily & I’ve never had the clock turn back time on how I look. I know it’s beneficial for my body, but my face has not changed. I continue to look older as I naturally age. I believe in your advice but I find these pics disturbing as a woman.
