Unfortunately the rental prices have gone upwards but on the other side the owners who have bought or built the houses have invested quite a lot of money or they own a loan or Mortgage loan which indirectly means both sides are on a balancing scale! The tenants suffer obviously when the average wage is about seven hundred Euros! Meanwhile the Landlord or Landlady have to endure the weight of obligations !!!!
