Piazzolla's music, Grace Jones's vocals, the location, the lights, her dress, her dance moves, his awkward face, the sexual tension between them, the murderous tension behind them... simply breathtaking, pure cinematic magic! I love this film, Polanski is a genius.

Ironically the opening reggae song in the taxi is singing about ending violence and politics. I love the constant references to garbage trucks throughout the film. Genius film. Cinematography and music really created a mood. Ennio Morricone.

This scene from Frantic is definitely an exquisite one. I saw this movie years ago and I no longer remembered the club song that was playing in the background. Fortunately, my cell phone quickly did me the favor of recognizing the song (I've seen that the Face "Libertango") which is a true gem by Grace Jones. Excellent Roman Polanski movie with that neo-noir line of mystery (suspense). A magnificent cast, especially the performances of Harrison Ford and Emmanuelle Siegner.
