Wow! God bless Don Moen, I remember back in year 2002, May precisely, when we had our first child, a beautiful girl, who only lived for less than 24hours and died.
We cried to God for mercy and to restore her, but she didn't come back. I couldn't console my wife for lack of what to say to her and my pains too. But God made us to find the video of this song and that became the comfort and healing balm for us, especially my wife. And we were able to get ourselves together and back in the Lord. It's a better story today and thanks to God and Don Moen for this beautiful soul lifting song in a wary times.

This song has given words to how I feel and what I go through.

I used to feel just guilty for all the pain and sorrow, the struggles I go through as if I have no reason to praise God. It would feel hypocritical to even think of praising God when I am so depressed. But when I heard this song it lifted my spirits realizing I can continue praising God even during the time I am in my lowest point.

It spoke to me that I could still honor God by being honest to Him and bearing my all to Him. It reminded me, when I do not have the words to pray, the Holy Spirit will speak for me and that God can hear my unspoken words for He knows my heart and sees right through me.

No matter what circumstances we are in, our happiness is not dependent on it. It only depends on our relationship and fellowship with God. The comfort I felt hearing this song is like the comfort I have knowing God’s compassion and love for me.

God bless you, Don Moen, and my you continue to be a blessing to others like me.

I don't know family but when I heard this song on Sunday I was brought to tears throughout the whole night and Monday, it was God feeling my sadness and hurt. Barried my mom last Saturday with this song, she used to praise with her tambourine everyday a couple of times.

She passed away due to covid19, while praising, the tambourine became silent in the room as she did not feel well, she then passed on.
