More soul in his little finger than any of us journeyman guitar players can ever hope to achieve with all our pedals and electro-bollocks.

Stunning performance, just prove when you're a genius you never lose the magic even when the bones get a bit older and the muscles a little tireder, simply beautiful

This song is marvellously interpreted, as always with Ry Cooder on guitar or on other instruments.. Beautiful colors on stage... And this short video is very well filmed. Thank you so much, Ry ; and thank you "RealLive 2", too.

Does anyone know the scale length to the guitar? Or the brand of guitar? It doesn’t look like a regular scale length.

* Where, when recorded????

* And who can ID the guitar???

* It looks like a 3/4 scale, student model, for kids, from the early/mid 60s.
It's hard to tell the brand from the headstock, which was well-hidden by a pre-amp or effect box all during the song. Premier is famous for making low wattage tube amps that are especially prized by harp players for their tube-driven distortion.

* It may be a Bantam model.... does the "Bantam" name indicate a small size guitar? According to Vintage Guitar Price Guide 2020, they go for between $1225-1625 if it's a deluxe (fully bound, seems like that's what this is).

* "Most acoustic instruments were made by United Guitar Corp. in Jersey City, NJ... Around 1964-65 their Custom line guitars are assembled with probably Italian bodies and hardware, Japanese electronics, possibly Egmond necks from Holland. By 1974-75, there were a few Japanese-made guitars, then Premier brand goes into hiatus."
