Do you have a version of this for the current Angular/VS 2019? Seems like files have changed a bit with libman.json? For example there is no longer a package.json in the NET MVC app root - so where do all the @angular/* dependency lines go?

I already have MVC5 project setup and app is under progress but i got an requirements to upgrade in Angular 4, till now i have so many .cs files in Models and Controller but now i want to upgrade my app for Angular 4.
