"Their compassion leaves a trail" - would we all be able to be described that way. The music alone has me so pumped for this, and I loved seeing little Luke. The music there was so genius - it was a great segue from a melancholy and defeated Battle of the Heroes into this little hint of the Force theme and all the hope it represents. I always love stories about hope in the darkest places. I wonder if we'll see more of Owen/Beru's relationship with Luke as well as more context for why he is so avoidant of hearing Obi-Wan's name mentioned. Owen and Beru are in some ways unsung heroes who risked (and lost) their lives to raise and protect Luke and imbued him with at least some of his values. God Bless, Father! It was a smart move pairing the Kenobi footage with some of the best music of the prequels. And how about Kenobi’s line, “We lost.”

Seeing this makes me miss George Lucas. It reminds me a lot of the prequels and yes George wasn't perfect but he gave it his all and tried so hard to make an amazing story. I think he did, I love the prequels with all their flaws because it's his story. We wouldn't have any of this if it weren't for him and I know he really wanted to do shows like this but didn't have the budget to do them. I miss you George, you did not deserve the hate you got and I really wish you were the one directing this. As much as this hypes me up it also makes me miss him. Does anyone agree with me?
