I've grow up in family with child abuse so i know it's really hard to give love to one kid properly and you're doing it to 12 kids!
Everytime i watch your videos i promise myself not to be a parent like mine. Although im still afraid and not sure, i believe trying hard can make differences.

Have a day you have the meals backwards dessert for breakfast, dinner for lunch, afternoon snack would be the same, then it would be lunch for dinner then it would be breakfast for snack like chocolate cereal or something.
