After watching them yell, taunt, tease, push, shove and slap this man it's clear that *they are all sitting in court with dirty hands.* There are no innocents here, no matter how they cry and act pitiful. I'm not buying. I saw the video. The only person I feel for in all of this is the deceased because he should not have died behind something so petty and trivial. If someone is beating and holding me down in water, after an unprovoked nonsensical encounter with a bunch of drug and alcohol addled criminals…I’m definitely going to believe the next step is my death.
There isn’t one quality person in the bunch of witnesses I’ve seen so far. The father who sent his sons over to de-escalate the situation?? Those kids of his were drunk and looking for an easy target. When watching the testimony of his sons I spotted the “security guard” who thinks he’s a cop mentality.
It is unfathomable that
1. This happened
2. The idiots filmed themselves
3. They ALL lie, and are terrible at it
4. That the police didn’t see through the lies of the instigators.
