So...3 things.

1) Superman would not just LET him hit him with a weapon because he KNOWS Batman has weapons to kill. If he KNOWS you're gonna shoot a Kryptonite Bullet at him, he's gonna dodge it. Only Lazy Ass Writing will let that hit.

2) Batman loses because the option you just said would kill Superman, and Batman does NOT kill. That's the Punisher so right off the bat, your go to strategy is one he wouldn't even use.

3) Superman can be incapacitated with Magic or Kryptonite yes, but why you gotta assume he has nothing? Supes has Alien Technology, he has a portal device he could banish Batman to the Phantom Zone. He can move so fast he can punch every nerve ending Batman has in just body him right then and there in an INSTANT.

He can literally breath on Batman and freeze him in place. Instantly Lobotomize him by looking him in the eyes, send him flying into space at Mach 5 speed if he wanted to go slow. Oh you wanna come at him, let him do a quick spin, bam, he sucks you and that green rock into a tornado.

3 and a half) Frank Miller who happily sucks off Batman couldn't even get him to win the fight. He had to fake a Heart Attack and die so Superman would go away, it didn't even fool him! He just went "Really Bruce? ...Eh, they'll probably by it so I'm gonna go Hate Fuck Wonder Woman again." cause Miller really is that horrible of a writer.
