Hi guys! Just an update after reading through and seeing some comments. I do believe that 2 piece puffer can work for her; I believe a lot of sets work, in fact. It’s actually just a matter of what set rolls best for you! Swing jazz, puffer and freedom blues all work fine! Additionally, I did note the soukaku rina ordering and do acknowledge that it could’ve worked there too! Something also worth mentioning about the b roll footage in this video (and in general) is that sometimes I don’t play perfect and I apologize for that, but I will say that there is NO SUCH THING as the perfect rotation and sometimes certain situations arise where one specific combo makes more sense in the heat of the moment! Alternatively, I could also have just made a mistake! Sorry again, appreciate and love all the feedback though! Sincerely!

You're overlooking a team that would work better than anomaly.
Grace - Rina - Anton.
Anton *wants* to attack shocked enemies. He deals 45% of a shock damage tick every 4 crits, and he dumps out so many attacks during any of his drill attacks. He also has the **highest** Quick Assist attack damage in the game, and its by a lot. Even outside of burst mode, he has the highest.

I dunno if i agree with not mentioning any crit setups for her. Thats what all her multipliers lean towards, not anomaly like Nicole. Idk, im building mine for 4 pc thunder and saving for weeping cradle. Shes the one always ulting, might as well lean into that 4200 scaling.

Why don’t you have puffer electro as one of the recommended drive disks if we are stacking as much pen ratio as possible?

Just a few tips for your next build video:
1. you can add the stats of the disc drives after explaining which disc drives she needs
2. You can add what bangboo to add when explaining which team is the best.

About PEN ratio making def shredd worse... That's not true, it's actually the other way around. Def shredd determines the enemy's effective def, which is what PEN ratio is based off of. Mathematically speaking: [base def × (1 + def% - def shredd) + flat def] × (1 - PEN ratio) - flat PEN. This means that the more def you shredd, the less PEN ratio will reduce the enemy def in absolute value.

1:14 the way this is worded makes it feel like it's not working properly. The text reads "The other squad members' PEN ratio increases *together with Rina's* " -- which implies Rina's Pen ratio should increase from her ability too, but when I check in battle it's not the case, I only see her buff applied to teammates. I am hoping this is a bug and she's meant to give herself the PEN ratio; because it definitely reads that way.

I've been running a Soldier 11, Koleda, and Rina team since my Lucy's disc drives aren't built up at the moment. I genuinely can't tell if she's very useful on the team or not. I still don't clear Shiyu very fast with her, so I'm kinda lost on how valuable she really is.

Any idea why Rina sometimes comes out of order when performing evasive assist? Like i expect stunner to come out since im on my dps but when i click the button Rina comes out

Is there any way to stop Rina from doing that slow bowing animation after she does a chain attack/evasive assist?
Sometimes I want to slip in an EX Special before swapping since she has full energy but I can't because of that bowing animation she does, it stops me from doing anymore inputs on her for like 3 seconds while the quick assist pop-up flashes.
