Should Buy Executive Condo In 2021

I am very sure that with the higher and higher land bid prices for Executive Condo in Singapore, many HDB upgraders or first timers might be wondering if it is still a wise choice to buy an Executive Condo In 2021.
And I believed that this might be a huge concern with property buyers and I think it would be good to share my opinions on this.
Personally, I think there are 2 different perspectives that we should have. The Macro Perspective and the Micro Perspective.
Often, many property buyers or investors will only take the Macro perspective before making a decision to invest in a property. And Macro perspective approach means looking at news, media like land bid prices. And I have to mention that higher land bid prices is something that is unavoidable in which it will only go much higher.
But should that be used as a guide to determine if we should invest in an Executive Condo?
I would rather advise to take a Micro Perspective approach like comparing nearby resale or new property prices and conclude if we should invest in the executive condo instead.
