That's because paying for XBL was required for the 360, thus more people had to buy it to use the online service. PSN was free for the PS3, so less people needed to buy it. That being said, it is still #1 as of now.

First of all Ubisoft said it runs better on Xbox One over 360, in terms of a more dynamic city.

Ubisoft confirmed that the power difference between PS4/X1 is minimal, and players won't notice a difference in either versions in terms of graphical capabilities.

The Disrupt engine is designed for Next gen consoles, that's why it'll have a more dynamic city in terms of A.I and environment when compared to current gen consoles.

Watch Dogs is a day 1 buy for my X1. (Would've been PC)

As an owner of a 360, i gotta say the fact i had to get a charge kit was quite dumb, as its kinda costy, that poses a problem. But the power brick? M$ is stuck in the past ! ..Kinect (monitoring device)is freaking HUGE ..
