U.S. swimmer Ryan Lochte, in the second part of an exclusive interview with TODAY’s Matt Lauer, describes the incident at a Rio gas station involving himself and three other Olympians’ confrontation with armed guards. it's like talking to a little kid. Okay Ryan what did you learn?

I'll never lie again, sir. I promise to eat all my veggies and make my bed every morning.

You can tell how sincere he is by the way he changed his hair color back to brown.

Liar and can't even admit to lying. I'm glad he is losing endorsements. If a Latino or black person had done that they would have been stripped of their medals and charged. This guy needs to banned from the Olympics. His behavior is not in line with what an Olympian should conduct himself

It was a mistake. He should have been in the Special Olympics. It's obvious from this interview that he has learning difficulties.

He is sorry because he is going to lose all his sponsors, He's sorry because his PR told him to act like he was sorry, imagine if the olympics were held in north america and some brazilian competitors got into trouble like he did, they would go jail, they got lucky and just got a slap on a wrist by the brazilian justice.

People make mistakes, but it's more important that they accept it and learn from it.

Keep your head up champ.

I think he's more embarrassed about being caught then what he actually did, he laid to everyone. It's agood thing he lost all of his endorsements, he should be kicked off the team also. I think the US team can find someone who would be more of an up standing and honest person. Get rid of him.

It's a mistake that he never should have made. He really should have known better. Nevertheless, I hope this served as enough of a wake-up call for him to be more respectful, humane and observant of protocol.

He should be sorry! He brought a lot of shame to the USA. He seems sorry, but he wasn't detained like his fellow swimmers were. He didn't have the fear of not going home. He really needs to dig deep, and find out why he lied. A grown man owns up to their mistakes. They don't lie to make themselves look better. Too bad he wasn't able to do that. My heart is sad for him, and the other swimmers.
