Another fairly useless video. No explanation of why celiacs are low in certain nutrients. I was diagnosed by antibody blood test in 2004 as having celiac disease. I'm low in all of those nutrients but I've been on a strict gluten free diet for almost 20 years. Endoscopy biopsies and blood tests show I don't have active celiac. My intestines appear normal. Why am I still bad at absorbing nutrients?
