I say ram the tower, bring it down late at night and then secretly film who comes to fix it. The repair and maintenance crews will possibly have some insignia and markings on their trucks and that could lead you back to who owns the towers. Whoever owns the towers will not want them destroyed or damaged so when someone comes to repair them, then you find out ...

Great job. This technology makes the oxygen un-usable, so people will have shortness of breath, and various respiratory symptoms, up to and including, — how long can you go without oxygen? Get all wireless devices off your head, cover your face with your hand or a book or whatever; and get out of the building ASAP.
