The poor leadership put businesses out of business, not “the pandemic” Condolences to the business owners. Who’s to blame? Sad to see, not surprised, just sad.

You don't cower in fear while they get a grip on the city! I ride the bus so been down there many times. Been feeling forced out of doing business or enjoying places down there. "Enjoying" seems like a laughable word now to associate with Olympia.

It’s sad to see Pete Lea’s Automotive Medical Center destroyed. That business was started by my Grandfather, and has been around since before I was born. Thank God for insurance. I feel for the customers who lost their vehicles in the fire, right before the holidays. The business will continue on at another location.

Sheryl Selby received the maximum contribution from Walker John, the owner/builder of every large scale building project in downtown.

Long time Pete Lea customer began with his dad. Hope he comes back. Still what is with the instant insinuation about the homeless? It's the 21s (6 days later) and they still have not indicated what started the fire. Construction site fires are not uncommon. Not happy with this jump to conclusion.
