We spent Friday night wild camping at Sugar Loaf Car Park, ready to hike the summit the next morning.

After our walk, we drove south to Barry, to one of our favourite places.. Goodsheds! We spent Saturday night under the stars at Porthkerry Country Park, waking up to explore the park before returning to GoodSheds (if we're in the area, we can't say no!)

Aww brilliant again ❤ We have an 8 year old dog who has had a fatty lump for two years. Really common, so I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, scares you when you find them though, so getting it checked is slways the best thing to put your mind at rest ❤❤. I'm the same up hills as you Lauren, my heart rate is mental and have to stop every 20 metres or so 😊 always been like that to be fair xx
