I would love to have a $2, 000 suit. However, I'm also partial to eating and not being homeless.

Dude you obviously understand what you are talking about.I like how you try to explain the differences, but I want to ask you if you have a video about how to pick a tie and match it with the suit and how to choose a knot, if the knot makes the difference. If you dont have a video like that can you please make one.Thank you in advance.

So many comments about how even a $200 suit is too expensive. If that's your opinion out of the gate, what the hell are you watching this video for?

$2000 off the rack? I'd go custom at that point

I travel to Hong Kong and Thailand at least once a year and update my wardrobe with tailored suits, jackets, slacks and shirts every year. A suit tailored and cut to your measurements and then fitted twice is like an armor upgrade in the boardroom. On an average, I spent $250 for a suit with 2 pairs of pants and 3 shirts, all custom tailored, with my name embroidered in the suit coat and my initials on the sleeves of my shirts. It is worth the trip!

....walmart is my choice in tailors....they have real elegance in track suits and wife-beater shirts....Kmart and j.c.penny are very declasse

I'd say the difference is about $1800 that could be better spent elsewhere. hahaha

I totally agree with this guy, but my best suit ever cost me $300 and one of my worst $1, 200. So sometimes you just fit perfectly in a cheap one.

Looks like the guy is wearing a 200 suit in this video. Why are the sleeves so baggy?

Never had the hard time choosing between 200$ and 2000$ suit. Always had my mom making suits for me and yeah, she's a suit maker.

Brutal. I read the comments hoping viewers would do what he asked, list new suit makers that offer exceptional value. Go fish. (Thanks for the video though)

For 2000$ you don't buy a normal suit from a famous designer brand but a custom tailored suit. And i would say that it could be even better to travel in Asia, take 2 weeks trip to enjoy your life, and buy a 1000$ custom tailored suit that is one of the best in the world. I would recommand Thailand/Singapor/Hong Kong... go your research on google.

I often find people complain about how hot suits are and they blame the wool instead of the this coating of glue that they're really wearing.

I paid $110 after sales and coupons for a slim fit suit at JC penney. The suit is from JF J. Ferrar, I tried on maybe 15 suits jackets to find one that fit perfectly. I'm very happy and could never pay 2, 000 for a suit. I love suits but i'm also an elementary teacher, it doesn't fit the pay grade. I'll stick to the $100-250 range and just have it tailored if needed.
