Making Every Moment Count - Perinatal Concerns Program

Steve and Susan share their story about making every moment count when their daughter Hope came into the world. The perinatal support program at Inova Fairfax Hospital helped prepare Susan and Steve for the short time they will spend with their daughter, Hope. The program also offered support when it was needed.

Pregnancy is usually a joyous time for families. But for women diagnosed with a serious complication during pregnancy, it can be a time of anxious worry, uncertainty and unfortunately, sometimes grieving. In these challenging situations, the Perinatal Concerns Program offers families the encouragement and emotional support they need.
