Sachin is part of Pakistan, but India took over due to non presence of Pakistan army . Offer to demilitarized is not a desire to peace. It's due to the road Pakistan and China building which will cutt off Indian supply line to Siachin glashir . Truth is India and Pakistan are enemy and will keep harming each other within their capacity. Pakistan being smaller in size and economy is just defending and trying to respond within it's resources, while India is attacking as per his large size, economy and resources, Blaming each other is just to divert attention of public and to gain political mileage. India successfully played in Bangladesh creations, and trying to play on the same footage in Pak. Balochistan, India wishes to dictate it's neighborhood, Pakistan is a big hindrance, it's a war, let's accept it. A LAST WAR . Distraction of this region is written, India's will be ruined, the signs are appearing in the form of Hindu, Muslim, Siky, Christian, Dallot, Naga land, etc uprising and mistrust amongst different communities
