नमस्ते सर, null अँड void की case मे पार्टी को समन्स भेजा, उसके बाद पार्टी 2 बार कोर्ट मे present रही, बाद मे continue 13(times) तारीख अबसेन्ट उ, कोर्ट ने उसको exparty करके आगे की कारवाई की लेकींन final argument admit होणे के बाद उसी दिन पार्टी ने court मे present रहकर सेट aside और w s की अर्जि दि, पार्टी ने divorce न लेते हुय, दुसरी शादी की,
अब इस केस मे सेट aside न होणे के लिये क्या करणा पडेगा
