Father Of Moscow Attack Suspect Says Son Said He Was Coming Home

The father of the Moscow terror attack suspect says his son told the family two days before the shooting in Crocus City Hall that he was returning home to Tajikistan. Dalerjon Mirzoev is one of four Tajik men accused of carrying out the attack on March 22 in which 143 people were killed.

Guilty or not, I have my doubts about them getting a fair trail. Were they beaten up in order to force them to confess or were they beaten up by cops who may had lost loved ones in the massacre?
Beating someone up to make them confess is a really bad strategy. People will confess to a whole slew of crimes if that will make the torture stop. Therefore, anything confessed under torture is technically worthless. You really don’t know if they are telling the truth or if they are lying to you in order to save their skin.
