I think he made the right right decision pulling the lead prosecutor. It was blatently clear after 4 different stories and 3 different brady filings and then being a no show on when she knew they were going to be discussing her conduct that she was hiding something. I do think the judge should have heard from the others to find out what role they played if any, especially the prosecutor that signed the second brady order.

WEIRDLY I think this prosecutor was horrible. AND, the judge's call was correct. I also think this will help the state in making a case over Melly in the long term. 💯 💯 She was shady, but Melly seemed guilty 🤷‍♂️

I have a feeling she’ll still be the lead prosecutor, but it’ll be behind the scenes. She will hold the hand of whoever will prosecute. This is personal.

Although she knew all the facts, I didn't particularly like her and if there is any question of impropriety in this case, she should be gone. The most important thing is getting justice for Sac n Juvy - not the prosecutor!

Peter, you are crushing it with all of the content! How are you watching so many different cases & remembering everything to not only make videos/lives, but answer questions??? I don’t know how you can do this all of this on a daily basis, be a full time lawyer, & be a family man!!! Even when you’re on vacation, you’re still working. I remember when the power went out on your block, & you went outside & streamed on your phone!! 😂😂😂. Don’t overextend yourself!

Whatever. Now they really need to put Into question the credibility of the lead detective who was doing dirt with her. I still find it very suspect that they found a shell casing in the car after all kinds of other law searched the car completely several times before. And they found that causing in the car after they recovered cases from the side of the road. The states whole case should be in question after doing dirty work and going through a whole trail. Not doing things honest or fair. This shit needs thrown out.

I’m disappointed in her. It’s not just a decision to not do the right thing. This is many small decisions made along the way. Everyday, every contact she could have said hey I’ve got a problem. Instead of honoring her oath, she threw her integrity out the window. The only problem I have with assigning another attorney from same office is, are we sure all their hands are clean? I missed some so let me know…

She should have been and more called before the bar as well. I do t care what anyone thinks, Brady violations are the most serious! We see daily how our judicial system is being dismantled and made a mockery. The only way to get it back on track is to hold those abusing it accountable period. Even at the cost of losing a serious case. Defendants rights supersede everything! Sadly sometimes it means people go free but without these high standards we lose “justice” in totality.
