See you can not make two files with same name in same folder just like that you can not make two variables with same name. To make two files with same name you have to create them in different folder just like that in order to create variables with same name you have to make the scope of variables different in let and const.
One is in global scope and another is in block.


Global means window object and block means a different object you can call it block object
