ANYCUBIC I recently bought two of your Kobra 3 combo printers and I have to admit that at first they made a good impression on me. They look well-made, quite solid constructions. I made a few small prints with a color change in the middle of the table and they came out nicely. I decided to print something bigger but first I started by printing one layer of 200x200mm and this is where the problems started. The printers (both) are not able to make the first layer correctly, after printing it is visible as if the table was crooked - and after all the printer has a table auto-leveling system. After a deeper analysis, the first problem turned out to be a crooked table support, so in order to correct its curvature I replaced the steel table sleeves in one of the printers with silicone ones and thanks to this I also gained the ability to manually calibrate the table leveling. I set the printer to a feeler gauge and made the same above print 200x200x0.2mm again - another failure 😞. Another analysis revealed a problem which is the linear system of the table axis which is not precise - the table roller bearings have play on the sides and during printing, the deviations of the extruder nozzle height from the table are constantly changing, which is why the calibration map does not work. Bearing play is not related to regulation. The same linear system is used for the extruder and I am also afraid that it may have such problems. I AM WAITING FOR A SOLUTION - ANYCUBIC.
