When it comes to Proraso products the sandalwood always comes to mind. This was one of the first shaving creams I’ve ever purchased. I have nothing bad to say about it some find it harsh on the skin due to the fragrance oils they use but that’s not the case for me it works perfectly. When it comes to the pre-shave I’ve tried it once awhile back so I think I’ll give it another go and see if my scores and my opinions have changed any.

I never bowl lather Proraso shaving creams for me its just not necessary I did however load the brush from the plastic tub. Before that, I applied the pre-shave on using my fingertips to rub it into my beard making sure it was applied to all areas of the face where needed.

Once the shave was started and all the way through I had no irritation even going over trouble spots I had no problems at all that being said, without using the pre-shave I've had the same results. For someone else with sensitive skin, this might be the way to go but I didn’t need the pre-shave but I’m glad I tried it one more time because things change over time so knowing is the key.

So I had an amazing shave and if you do think this would help you give it a try because what does not work for me might be the thing you can’t live without using it happens all the time so try it for yourself and let me know the outcome whatever you decide you just can’t go wrong with Proraso

Just wanted to say thanks again for WTF customer service for going above and beyond helping me out with my funky nose! Your soap and aftershave is fantastic. It was definitely a messed up movie. Just in case you didn't realize it. That is not cream. It's shaving soap. The cream comes in a tube. I made the same mistake. So, thanks for the video.

This is just a tip for you to use the exact same pre-shave and shaving cream you just get the shaving cream in a tube and I use a ceramic shaving as soon as I get out of the shower I put hot water in my shaving Bowl and let it sit as I dry off and applying my I empty out the water and squeeze a little bit of shaving cream into the bottom of the wet my brush with hot water and then shake it a bit to get some of the water out....Then I lather up the shaving cream in a circular keep going until I get like whipping cream consistency if I don't have enough water I put my hand under the top and then sprinkle a little bit in the bowl and keep lathering the shaving cream until I get my consistency

I might need to give this stuff a go. I have never used a shaving soap with a brush before. I've heard this stuff is great for beginner wet shavers.

I have Proraso's blue, white and red pre-shaves, creams, and aftershave splashes and balms. Even the Cypress & Vetiver and Azur Lime from their Single Blade line. Neither disappoints with performance, scent, or slickness. Having coarse hair, the sandalwood does precisely what it advertises when I exceed more than 5 days growth. Proraso white preshave is best smelling imo. In my experience it cools my face just as well as proraso green. Great for summer especially.

Just shaved with proraso red in tube, let me tell you ir was awesome Donald, it leaves the face moisturized and clean, a very good option for winter days, still green one in soap presentation my favorite, nice shave Don!

I have started to use a inexpensive moisturising body lotion as a pre-shave.
It works very good, my skin get soft and elastic, and the skin feels great after I have shaved.
