My question is:
I want to get into quantitative asset management 'Actively managed portfolios' which deal in global asset classes like currencies, commodities, derivatives, etc.

Now, I am confused whether I should pursue CFA or FRM as I am in my second year and I feel that FRM would be much more valuable whereas CFA would be more relevant once I gain certain sort of experience in the industry.

Mainly I have 3 main questions:
1. Should I or should I not pursue FRM?
2. For entering into asset management, which course would be more relevant?
3. If I tent to pursue both of them, then what should be the adequate timeline for both these courses?

Hoping for a response, thank you!

Will someone get a job straightaway after clearing both the exams despite of not having any experience in finance field?
Also, I got to knew that we get the certificate after 2 years of experience, is this true?
